By accessing or using Vewy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Vewy is a recommendation platform for Québec movies and series. It analyzes your film preferences to suggest personalized titles. The service is available in a free version and a premium version.

3. User Account

To access Vewy's features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Vewy offers a free plan as well as a paid premium subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle you choose. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vewy for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas of the service, not to reproduce or redistribute our content without permission, and not to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All Vewy content (logo, interface, algorithms, text) is the exclusive property of Vewy or its partners. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vewy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
